So in lieu of a normal post, I’m going to do a pinterest post due to my obscene amounts of work to do and articles to write by Friday.
I will say, though, that my calves felt infinitely better after the combination of stim and massage today. Seriously, I think I might hire a professional masseuse to come live with me. Oh wait, isn’t that what boyfriends are for? Maybe I should start looking for one

If you haven’t noticed, my water bottle is pretty much an appendage. It goes with me everywhere. Always. It’s practically part of me.

haha I am exactly the same and omg I love Nike… I have recently put on a bit of weight though since being injured and my nike combat shorts no longer fit, I am devo cos I can’t find them to buy anywhere… do you buy them online? I use to get them from eastbay but they have odd sizing… boowhooo… anyway end of rant and yes I LOVE my combat shorts haha… and everything nike… and that’s funny I too carry my water around at all time!

ahhh I loveee the Nike Tempos, they are one of my favorite shorts to run in, so light and so many cute colors! I just got a new orange pair for Halloween Spirit!
